How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for. This includes meeting legal, accounting, regulatory, or reporting requirements.

In practice, this means:

• Customer and supplier records — kept for up to 6 years after our last interaction, in line with HMRC and contract law requirements.
• Financial and transactional data — kept for 7 years for audit and tax purposes.
• Enquiry and correspondence data — kept for 12 months after we resolve your enquiry.
• Marketing preferences — kept until you withdraw consent or opt out.
• Job applicant information — kept for 6 months after the recruitment process ends.

After these periods, we securely delete or anonymise the information unless we are legally required to keep it for longer.
